Blood sugar, Weight Loss, A1C, Cholesterol and Triglyceride Results

I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and have a busy private practice in the Woodlands, TX. I started using Balance in my practice in December 2009. Since that time, Glucose Balance has gone from simply being a unique weight-loss strategy for my patients to become an integral part of the medical management of my diabetic and hyperlipidemic patients.

I can assure you that the results obtained in the scientific trials of this product continue to be borne out in my clinical practice. I would like to share with you just a few examples of how Balance has transformed lives in my practice.

First, take my office manager. She has lost over 80 lbs in the past year using Balance as the central component of her weight-loss strategy. She follows a healthy low-calorie diet and initially was unable to do any exercise at all. In recent months she has taken up jogging and now runs an average of 25 mils a week.

Second, let’s look at M. L. She is a 54-year old woman who came to me on maximum doses of Actos, glipizide, and metformin. Her HbA1C was already at goal at 6.1. Her BMI was in the “overweight” range. At her first visit we stopped Actos and glipizide, continued metformin, and started Balance.

Three months later she had dropped a full clothing size despite a very modest 4-lb weight loss. Her A1C, though, had stayed exactly the same at 6.1. Can you imagine being able to stop maximum doses of 2 medications and maintain an A1C at goal?
Third, meet R. M. She is a 61-year old woman who, on her first visit with me, weighed 215 lbs. Her A1C was 7.1 on maximum doses of metformin and glipizide. At that first visit we started Glucose Balance and stopped glipizide, continuing metformin. 3 months later her weight was down 25 lbs and her A1C was down to 6.6.

We kept the treatment the same, and 3 months later she had lost another 26 lbs and her A1C had plummeted to 5.9. She had continued to lose weight, we have completely stopped her metformin, maintained her A1C, and she is finally a candidate for much-needed lumbar surgery.

Here are his initial numbers: BP 173/79, A1C 7.1, total cholesterol 199, triglycerides 411, and HDL 31. I very carefully instructed the patient how to add Balance and slowly cut down on his insulins.

Instead, the patient stopped his insulins completely. The result 3 months later? A1C 6.1, total cholesterol 109, triglycerides 144, HDL 42, LDL 38, weight down 26 lbs, and BP 132/75.
He feels better than he has felt in years and is now walking 3 miles daily.

I hope that these examples encourage you to take a good hard look at this remarkable product. Clinical studies are great (and believe me, I read every single one of them before I committed to using Balance in my practice!), but nothing speaks to the clinicians more profoundly than clinical experience.

Weight, cholesterol, blood sugar and gastro-intestinal tract function.

In my thirty-three years of medical practice, I have yet to come across a medically researched product like Balance which is well tolerated, pleasant tasting, easy to use and helps my patients lose weight, lower cholesterol, control blood sugar, regulate gastro-intestinal tract function and feel more energetic.

Balance is a perfect complement to the standard wellness advice regarding lifestyle: eat healthier foods, restrict portion sizes and sodium, exercise regularly, etc.

The regime adjusts easily to individual preferences with the bonus of being compatible with all medications and absence of a rebound effect if discontinued.

I recommend Balance to my patients, friends and family without reservation.

Cholesterol lowering benefits

By nature, I am quite skeptical. Therefore I spent 100s of hours researching the data on Balance.

Balance is a natural combination therapy. It has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol 31%, that’s in line with stains. It has also been shown to increase HDL 29%, that’s twice what is commonly seen with the best performing class niacin’s, and three times what is commonly seen for statins. Balance has been shown to decrease triglycerides over 40%. That’s better than the fibric acid group of medications and twice what is commonly seen with statin medications.

Combination therapy will be the mantra and is the wave of the future. Balance is perfectly placed as a natural combination therapy that impacts the entire lipid profile. Balance excels over any prescription monotherapy and compares favorably with the prescription combination therapies available today. I recommend Balance to everyone I know.

Blood Sugar ,Cholesterol and Triglycerides Results

I’m a consulting cardiologist in private practice. I’m a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology and spent 24 years in military and academic medicine, during which time I coauthored 130 scientific publications, and also authored 12 book chapters and 2 textbooks. Since I resigned my position as chief of cardiology at LDS hospital and tenured professor of medicine at University of Utah in Salt Lake City 1984, I’ve been in private practice ever since in Oklahoma with a special focus and interest in primary and secondary prevention.

I had been frustrated for many years in not being able to get a significant percentage of my hyperlipidemia patients to treatment goals as defined by the National Cholesterol Education Program by using prescription medications, diet, and exercise.

In 1997, an internist friend of mine introduced me to Balance. After reviewing an extensive amount of medical literature on the health benefits of soluble fiber and completing my own clinical study in 240 patients, I’ve been personally taking Balance and recommending it to my patients ever since.

My three-month follow-up study in the 240 patients with hyperlipidemia in whom diet, medications, and exercise remained unchanged demonstrated an average decrease in total cholesterol of 30%. The LDL decreased 26%, the triglycerides dropped an incredible 79%, while the good HDL cholesterol increased an average of 30%.

I currently have between 700 and 800 patients taking Balance. In addition to hyperlipidemia treatment goals being achieved better with the addition of Balance to their medical regimen, it’s also very beneficial in controlling blood sugars in diabetics as well as preventing recurrent hypoglycemia in non-diabetics.

When Balance is taken properly before each meal, it’s a very important adjunct to any dietary program for weight loss. The current NCEP treatment guidelines for all physicians are to recommend soluble fiber to all patients with elevated cholesterol.

The only practical way to obtain the proper types of soluble fiber with proven clinical effectiveness is by taking Balance.

Blood Sugar and Cholesterol

I am Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and critical care medicine. I completed my internal medicine training in New York and at Barns Hospital in St. Louis, and then I completed my pulmonary fellowship at UC San Diego as a National Institute of Health Fellow. After ten years on the faculty there I entered private practice.

My experience began a little over four years ago when a trusted colleague introduced me to Balance. With cholesterol over 250 I needed something and I was very reluctant to make that something a pharmaceutical product. Six months later my cholesterol was under 170. I felt great and I’d lost about 30 pounds.

Needless to say, I made it a point to recommend this product to all people with elevated cholesterol levels and with challenges in
blood sugar control who preferred a non-pharmacologic approach to their problem.

Cholesterol Results

I’m Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and am a clinic professor of medicine at the UCLA school of Medicine. I was the founding director of the UCLS preventive health program and in that capacity witnessed the clinical trials at Stanford University of a dietary fiber supplement called Bios Life (Previous version of Balance) that substantially lowered cholesterol.

Four years ago I discovered that my cholesterol was dangerously high. 350 to be exact, and I was panicked. I began on the product and after two months my cholesterol had fallen over 150 points to less than 200. I then began trying the product on friends and selected patients who found some responses confirming the fact that indeed, Balance is an all-new natural approach to the treatment of elevated serum cholesterol and blood sugar.

Cholesterol and Triglyceride Results

I was head of our cardiology division at one of the twelve largest multi-specialty medical clinics in the United States for 11 of my 22 years of practice. I am currently a working interventional cardiologist and have been treating patients with angioplasty since the early 1980’s. Since then I have been fortunate to use directional atherectomy, coronary thrombectomy, laser techniques, and RotorBlader catheters in the ensuing 15 years for both elective and emergency procedures.

I have inserted all types of coronary stents as they became available since the early 1990’s. These techniques have been premier breakthroughs in the history of medicine for the treatment of our patients. Unfortunately, these gratifying treatments we talk about will in no way prevent the primary problem, which is rampant disease of the body’s arteries. This epidemic is responsible for 50% of the deaths in the United States year after year and is brought on by the inability to control cholesterol in our diets.

When we talk about alternative and preventative care for our patients, I would confirm to you that physicians in general are quite skeptical of these products, and cardiologists are without a doubt one of the most skeptical groups. However, I was quite intrigued by the initial discussion I heard, and in view of my family history of coronary disease I have since used Balance in combination with my current statin drug.

I have dropped my total cholesterol to 105, a full 70 points, below a respectable level with the statin drug alone, and my bad LDL fraction dropped to 60, 35 points below the previously thought adequate level achieved with the statin drug alone.

In addition, my triglycerides dropped 60 points to 50. I was astonished that this great formulation could do this for me and was convinced that it should do the same for many of my patients. It gives me great pleasure to introduce it to my patients, a great many of whom are on fixed or limited incomes with staggering prescription costs for more expensive forms of therapy. Many of them have already experienced great results.

Cholesterol Results

I graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. I have completed four years of post-doctorate education and I am Board Certified in Family medicine and am a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. I am also a Fellow of the Association of Emergency Physicians. I own and operate Midwest Emergency Physicians and I am an assistant professor of Medicine at the Medical School. I also am Director of a Family Medicine training program where we actively are training 50 residents to become Board Certified in Family Medicine.

I am a big advocate of Balance and the tremendous impact that it has on positively impacting one’s health in the prevention of heart disease and cancer.

My father died of colon cancer so that is a major issue for me. It has put me in control to lower my risk for this terrible disease.
I have also lowered my total cholesterol by over 65 points since starting Balance, and I have painlessly lost 25 pounds. I had a heart scan this past year and it revealed absolutely no detectable lesions whatsoever. I have had the great pleasure to see many lower their cholesterol and concomitantly lower their risk for coronary disease by sharing the good word about Balance.

It’s the world’s number one viscus fiber supplement and it fulfills the requirements for the NCEP guidelines for treating high cholesterol without using medication that would have potentially devastating side effects. We are all too aware that the fourth leading cause of death in the United States is from side effects of prescription drugs that are both prescribed and taken properly.

I never start my day without Balance.

Weight Loss and Cholesterol Results

I am a 48-year old physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and practicing in South Florida for the last 17 years.

I became interested in Balance three months ago after my wife introduced me to the product. Being a physician, I was skeptical at first, but after doing my research, I started using the product.

After 8 weeks, I was down 10 lbs., my total cholesterol was down 23 points, my LDL was down 24 points, my triglycerides were down 14 points, and my HDL was up 3.5 points.

After 12 weeks, I’m down 15 lbs. and throughout this time period I have NOT changed my diet or exercise routine, nor am I taking any prescription cholesterol lowering drugs.

I really love this product as do my patients!

I am so glad that I took a chance and jumped feet first into this product!

Blood Sugar, Triglyceride, Weight Loss and Cholesterol Results

I am Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology and internal medicine. I have been an interventional cardiologist and in private practice for 15 years.

I am so impressed with the Balance. Besides reviewing the research, I have seen with my own eyes in my own patients the dramatic results that it has brought to their lives.

It is such a relief to be able to offer my patients such a tremendous and SAFE strategy to address their medical concerns. I don’t hesitate for a moment to share this with my colleagues and it is my plan to see that every patient that warrants the Balance will have it offered to them as an OPTION in my treatment strategy.

I have seen 100 point drops in Triglycerides in 30 days, weight loss averaging 3-10 pounds per month, improved blood sugar, HDL and LDL Improvements. Something this wonderful should not be kept a secret.

Weight Loss and Cholesterol Results

As a Family Practice physician for over 28 years I was introduced to the Balance by our Registered Dietitian. As a result, we begin offering our patients Balance. We were pleased to see the positive results 90 days later with not only significant weight loss but also lowering of LDL & increase of HDL cholesterol levels by 20-30%. Patients were thrilled to lose the weight without the hunger and have more energy at the same time.

We have literature in the waiting and exam rooms for Balance and have a video playing in the waiting room about our practice and our products as part of our patient education program. The patients frequently are in the exam room with the literature asking me about Balance as I walk in. It has been satisfying to see the results from our patients and the changed lives.

Blood Sugar and Weight Loss Story

When I started taking Balance on the recommendation of my physician in February, my weight was 225 and my fasting blood sugar readings were 220 to 240, and that was while taking 58 units of insulin in the morning and 48 in the evening. As of April my weight is 202 (a 23 pound loss) and my fasting blood sugar readings are now 76 to 95. I only take 20 units of Insulin in the morning and 15 in the evening to maintain those readings. Best of all, I don’t have to starve myself to do this. Unicity saved my life.

Life Changing Story

In July I became ill and was admitted to our local hospital. It was discovered that I was a severe diabetic. At that time my blood sugar level was 314 before my evening meal and 569 directly after. My cholesterol was 259 and my triglycerides were 429. I was given an impossible diet and released from the hospital ten days later. My medication included Proventil by inhaler for my asthmatic condition, Seldane for allergies and the insulin which I gave myself by injection two or three times daily.

Cholesterol and Triglyceride Story

I went to my doctor to discuss my rising health risk due to elevated cholesterol and triglycerides. He had tried to put me on medication to lower my cholesterol several times over the summer. (I was unable to take any of the ones I tried, and for that I will be forever grateful.) In August, my cholesterol was 235 and should be under 200. My triglycerides were 200 and should be less than 150. My LDL was 147 and should be less than 100.

After being on Balance for less than 4 months I was told by my doctor that my levels are great! Cholesterol is 185. Triglyceride is 123. LDL is 116. The good cholesterol is still around 44 and needs to be more than 55. Hopefully this will improve with more time.

I am so thrilled with these results, because my doctor told me that my previous numbers were right in line with the average patient who comes in the ER with a heart attack!

I am 39 years old and certainly did not like hearing that, but did not want to take the prescription drug that he was encouraging me to take. I had been reading about Balance and decided to give it a try.
